It depends on how Windows x was originally configured on your calculator.

If its a full retail shop bought license online or offline, it is transferable to a new estimator or motherboard.

If its the complimentary upgrade from a retail store bought Windows 7 or Windows 8 license, information technology is transferable to a new calculator or motherboard.

If its the free upgrade from a OEM preinstalled Windows 7 or Windows viii license, it is NOT transferable to a new reckoner or motherboard.

Learn more than about transferring your license:

If its a retail license, acquire how to reactivate:

How-do-you-do,
Activation depends on what type of license you have of Windows 7/8/10.

If Windows vii/8/x came preinstalled with the calculator, that is chosen an OEM license. For an OEM license, the license dies as shortly as Motherboard dies. So essentially it is not-transferable. If that is the example you need to get a new license.

Yet, this is not aforementioned for retail licenses i.e. you purchased the license through Microsoft store. That does deport transfer rights. If that is the case, please meet the below steps:
(Non applicable to you)
What y'all need to do is to grab the cardinal using any Software like Showkey Plus, uninstall that key from older PC and use it on another computer.

Download Showkey Plus:

https://www.tenforums.com/software-apps/2577-sh...

Uninstall the keyhttps://winaero.com/blog/how-to-deactivate-windows-ten-and-change-the-production-key/

Utilise the key by Showkey Plus on the newer figurer.

Alternatively, at that place are ii more options bachelor other than this:
(Not applicable to you lot ends)
Contact Microsoft at http://www.back up.microsoft.com/contactus through chat back up. They would have control of your PC and activate(might need a proof of purchase)
Use the Activation troubleshooter on the new PC signed in with same MS business relationship.
Go to Settings>Update and security>Activation and run the troubleshooter.
Select I recently inverse hardware on this device.
